The code on the table opens your menu and identifies the table. No app to download.
They add dishes and send the order
They pick dishes and options and add a note. If they declared an allergy, dishes containing it are flagged.
The order reaches the kitchen
It appears on the order screen in your panel, and a ticket can be printed. The kitchen moves it through new, preparing and ready.
It is served, and paid as usual
The ready order goes to the table. Guests pay you directly, at the table or the counter, as they do today.
