Is there a trial period?
We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. The trial carries the Starter plan scope: one branch, 2 menus, 2 languages, 200 items and 1,500 AI credits. Higher-tier capabilities such as online ordering, coupons and the loyalty program are switched off during the trial. After the period, you can choose whichever plan you like; since we never take card details, there is no automatic charge.
What payment methods are available?
QRestAI is currently in beta; subscriptions and plan purchases are not open yet. We will announce the payment methods you can use on this page when sales open.
What is the benefit of paying yearly?
17% discount: you pay for 10 months and get 12 months (2 months free). Upgrading to a higher plan is also enabled with annual billing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription with a single click from the panel. The plan stays active until the end of the current period and does not auto-renew.
Do you charge commission like food marketplaces?
No. We charge no commission beyond the fixed monthly fee. 100% of customer orders go to you. You can sell directly without intermediaries using the Pick-up flow.
Is there cash register / POS integration?
No direct integration currently. We work as an additional layer on top of your existing cash register or POS system. We plan to add direct integration via a connector API in the future.
Are multiple branches supported?
The number of branches depends on the plan; you can see current limits in the plan cards above. For unlimited branches, we have an Enterprise solution. Each branch has its own menu, QR code, and team; central brand settings are shared.
How is my data security protected?
Data is stored in EU data centers in compliance with GDPR. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS and passwords are stored using a one-way secure method. Your data is never sold. It is not shared with third parties outside the sub-processors required for the service (payment, hosting, email, AI); the only exception is the ad click identifier and conversion details shared for advertising measurement, and only if you consented to the advertising cookie category.
